- OR, Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks, and they must have either already passed or be currently enrolled in the four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.Ed.) .
- Or, candidates must have passed Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks, and they must have either already passed or currently enrolled in a two-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
- Or, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and either have already passed or are currently enrolled in a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
To teach classes six to eight
- Have a Bachelor's degree and have either already passed or are currently enrolled in a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- OR, Have a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks and have completed one-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) or two-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), and have already passed either Have been or are currently enrolled.
- OR, Have a Bachelor's degree with at least 45% marks and have completed one-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) or two-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), and either Must have passed or are currently enrolled as per NCTE rules.
