Responsibilities for Customer Support Executive ,
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide informative answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities for Functional Consultant ,
- Responsible for goal setting, employee reviews, talent and careers, etc.
- Responsible for customer deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality checks, learning and understanding customer requirements
- Responsible for tenant creation using workbooks, provisioning and tenant creation, bug fix support and report creation
Responsibilities for content moderators ,
- Responsible for ensuring the content security of video products, their legal compliance
- Coordinating with supervisory departments to promptly deal with content that violates community and rules and update operating standards
- Reviewing videos/content/complaints/legal notices received from the end
- Reviewing/updating content on the Platform.
Responsibilities of Process Trainer ,
- Plan, develop, and facilitate internal training for new and existing personnel.
- Provide assistance to the Training Manager in establishing, measuring and monitoring key training metrics
- Provide constructive coaching and feedback to colleagues
- Training effectively and efficiently
- Design and evaluate training and performance interventions
- Identify performance gaps, causes of performance gaps and provide solutions to training and production teams
- Actively monitor calls by listening to agents' calls and share necessary feedback
- Be familiar with standard operating procedures and have a thorough understanding of the operations and quality assurance process
- Publish daily/weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders
- Maintain historical data for trained associates.
