Responsibilities of Customer Service Executives
,
- Clear emails from internal and external clients on a daily basis
- Perform all complex processing within the section
- Provide assistance with questions related to new business
- Ensuring accuracy by correctly interpreting and taking action on payment instructions.
- Ensuring that tasks are prioritized, processed and completed according to procedures
- Common frauds/errors/irregular transactions are identified and appropriate action is taken as per procedures
- Prepares requests to hospitals/clinics to request medical reports.
- To ensure that a high level of awareness of compliance, anti-money laundering and other legal and regulatory requirements is maintained at all times
- To strictly follow the health, safety, fire and security instructions prescribed from time to time.
- Providing high quality service in line with procedures and compliance guidelines
- Ensure error free and quality processing
- Understanding important documentation and interpreting the information and risks involved
- Preparing case studies and sharing learning points.
Salary/Salary and Grade Pay , For Customer Service Executive Postsalary payable will be Rs. 41,600 approximately per month(Note – The salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-Door, Ambition Box etc. and may vary.
