Responsibilities ,
- Establish, maintain, and develop strong and trusted customer relationships resulting in high customer satisfaction, acting as the primary daily contact for assigned customers.
- Ensuring timely receipt and distribution of payroll data by scheduled payroll
- Engagement with local in-country payroll providers to meet delivery deadlines while minimizing escalations
- Responsible for timely and accurately furnishing all payroll data to required partners and/or clients.
- Responsible for timely receipt and distribution of net pay and payroll reports in accordance with agreed upon payroll schedule.
- Ensure reconciliation and validation of data as per predefined payroll processing procedures and standards
- Managing inquiries from clients, internal regional service centers and local offices through our case management tools, ensuring full resolution in line with company service level agreements
- Develop and conduct action plans and root cause analysis reports for issues as needed.

Salary/Salary and Grade Pay – for international payroll specialist Postsalary will be Rs. 41,600 Per month approx.
