Responsibilities for Customer Success Manager ,
- Responsible for selling PLM solutions from multiple vendors software and services
- Able to succeed in generating new business using exceptional interpersonal skills and able to network effectively with senior executives
- Responsible for generating revenue through various accounts in different vertical markets using a strategic approach
- Understands and sells technology solutions that solve high-level business problems with minimal support
- Independently establishes and maintains customer relationships up to senior management level
- Ability to answer high-level business and/or technical questions for customers before and after purchase and align Tata technologies to assist staff in demonstrating software to ensure it meets each customer's needs is in accordance with.
Responsibilities of the Business Transformation Coordinator ,
- Work with customers, stakeholders and suppliers to establish high level solution intent and solution intent information model and documentation requirements
- Identifying stakeholders and end users within the scope of deployment activities
- Work with cross functional key stakeholders to develop project transformation approach and stakeholder engagement plan
- Conducting business change impact assessment with relevant senior stakeholders and squad members in preparation for deployment
- Work closely with business analysts/HR teams to review organizational impact on job roles/organization structure
- Work closely with the Super User Network and trainers to create a training needs analysis.
