Responsibilities for Senior Support Specialist ,
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to users of the Syndigo platform
- Design, code, and test configuration changes to meet user requirements and improve system functionality.
- Follow an iterative software development methodology and actively contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Code business rules using Riversand Business Language (RBL) to extend system capabilities
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, notifying stakeholders of status updates during the resolution process.
Responsibilities for International Voice Support Executive ,
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding product/service inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes professionally
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system
- Follow quality standards and call center metrics
- Provide customer support via voice
- Resolve issues and miscellaneous questions
- Handle Internet related queries
- Handle customer service (technical support) for international voice processing.
