Customer Service Representative Responsibilities ,
- Customer service via call, chat and email
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at prescribed productivity levels
- Build client and domain knowledge to be able to deliver solutions in the first interaction
- Ensure adherence to customer service level agreements such as customer satisfaction, service levels, management time and customer effort
- Follow customer service attendance and accountability policies
- Perform query resolution and ensure proper documentation and follow up
- Identify, share and drive operational improvements
- Maintain internal and customer level delivery quality on call, chat and email conversations.
Responsibilities for Technical Chat Support ,
- Handle customer inquiries directly
- Provides technical support to customers
- Troubleshooting and Repair Solutions
- Provides quick and accurate management of support interactions via phone, chat, screen-sharing and email
- Answers technical questions. Troubleshoot technical issues and suggest appropriate solutions
- Recommends network hardware, software, and design elements
- Follow schedules, guidelines and requirements in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
Actuarial Manager Responsibilities ,
- Covering, reviewing, and providing coding development support as needed Model conversions and modeling of new regulatory concepts in the AXIS system
- Maintain ongoing systems, assessment and business requirements and add value by giving consideration to future development of the system
- Monitor model validation when creating and running new models in AXIS from first principles
- Working towards axis knowledge training to the team
- Demonstrates strong understanding of core business processes and team purpose
- Conduct training and review the work of team members to ensure quality of delivery within scheduled deadlines.
Salary/Salary and Grade Pay – For customer service representatives Postsalary payable will be Rs. 16,600 – 25,000Salary payable for Technical Chat Support post will be Rs. 29,160
And the salary payable for the post of Actuarial Manager will be Rs. 41,600 Per month approx. (Note – The salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-Door, Ambition Box etc. and may vary.
