Responsibilities for Officer ,
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate's qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and informative experience for both candidates and interviewers.
- Negotiate proposals and manage the proposal approval process, addressing candidate questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting and on-boarding processes
Responsibilities for Executive (Retail and Duty Free) ,
- Establishing new brands at the airport
- Make sure to turn on the outlet within the prescribed time frame
- Lease space to different brands and formats as per zoning
- Coordinate with respective retailers for all commercial related issues
- Coordinate with operations department for retailers' needs
- Monitor the retailer's sales and also monitor the revenue generated for the company
- Coordinate for NOC with various departments
- Build the airport as a high-end shopping destination
Responsibilities of Junior Officer ,
- Responsible for runway, taxiway and apron inspection as per DGCA standards.
- Air-Side Perimeter Inspection
- Keeping records of all inspection details and bringing deficiencies and non-compliance to the attention of management.
- Responsible for facilitating all maintenance activities on the air-side including runways and taxiways.
- To facilitate all stakeholders at air-side for safe and smooth conduct of various construction works at air-side.
- Enforce all relevant DGCA rules at airside
- Maintain records of all violations and conduct periodic evaluation and trend analysis of enforcement activities.
