- Dealing with vendors and tracking deliveries
- Execution of sourcing projects and strategic purchasing opportunities
- Perform cost and scenario analysis season on season and benchmarking
- Analyze and calculate cost of purchases and suggest ways to reduce expenses
- Set delivery quantity and time
- Ensure that performa invoices and tax invoices are shared with the invoice team and finance on time
- Maintaining dashboards and presentations
- Preparing and maintaining order sheets
- Stay abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.
Responsibilities of Management Trainee ,
- Taking care of the end-to-end training role for the specified area
- Conducting classroom training including webinars
- Store and staff performance management through tools like mystery shopping/KPI analysis
- Engaging in information and knowledge management initiatives
- Must be willing to work on rotation in all operations of the company for the training period
- Support on branding and social media activities.
