Review: Product description is contradictory. In the “Unique Design” section it states “We use elastic bands which allows you to adjust the mask to your head depending on your preference”, in the “Comfortable Fit” section it states “we use ribbon ties which allows you to adjust the fit of the mask to your head depending on your preference. They feel so comfortable you won’t even notice that you’re wearing them”, then in the “Product Description” section it states ” High quality soft silk ribbon. Enable a secure and comfort fit. Material: Metal, Rhinestone, Silk Ribbon”. Even though in one area it stated it had an elastic band, the product description is where you get the true description of the item and it stated it had a silk ribbon which is why I ordered the item only to find it has an elastic band which is not what I wanted. I would have given it a 5 star rating had it not been for this because otherwise the mask is as described and what I wanted. The elastic band makes it too tight and uncomfortable against my face.**Update** Seller contacted me to apologize for the contradictory product description and issued a full refund. I appreciate their prompt response and excellent customer service. I changed my rating since as I stated before, the mask is what I wanted if not for the band. I will cut the band off and purchase a ribbon to replace it because it really is a beautiful mask.

Title: Buy Buy Buy!!!
Review: I bought this mask for a masquerade ball and it was everything and more. I received so many compliments. This mask is so comfortable I didnât have to take it off at all even to eat or drink. For the price, itâs very sexy and classy looking. Definitely donât waste another minute looking, just go ahead and buy it because itâs well worth it!

Title: Flimsy
Review: This came completely flat. Needed to be bent into shape. Seemed flimsy and as such i did not want to bend it for fear of breaking. I attempted to return the item, but it keeps taking me to the trouble shooting page instead of allowing me to return it. I reread the details and no where does it say i cannot return this item.

Review: This mask is very cute. One of the gems fell off as soon as I took it out of the package but luckily you couldnât tell. It is metal so you can bend the nose part to fit your face better. The mask is lightweight and has an elastic band which fit my face perfectly. It also comes with a second mask which is a tie on lace.
