Customers like the comfort and weight of the dress. For example, they mention it’s very comfortable, soft, and light. Some are happy with appearance, and versatility. That said, some complain about holes in the armpit areas and where the belt goes. Opinions are mixed on fabric, fit, and quality.

Title: Comfy and cute
Review: The people who were complaining about the “odd” sleeve opening: this robe is suitable for patients who have medical leads attached.

Title: Almost perfect
Review: I really love this kimono, my only problem is that the sleeves are sewn up and they’re not fully open, only allowing your arms a little bit. And there’s holes in the armpit areas, for what reason? I don’t know.. Other than that, the fabric is of nice quality, and I really feel comfortable wearing it.

Title: Very lovely in blue.
Review: Just the right weight and sleeve length, finally, for when I want to be just a little warmer or need a cover-up. The vent holes under the arms are fine with me; for those who feel too exposed, they could easily be sewn up. The only thing I wish my robe had is POCKETS. I’m so pleased with it otherwise after looking for a long time that I’m still giving it 5 stars – but this actually does compromise the value of the robe..

Title: Poorly described
Review: The product description misrepresents the product! The product description should include garment includes gaping holes under both armpits and slightly down the side to reveal a woman’s breast. If I had read this I wouldn’t have purchased the item. I seriously question the garment is cotton/polyester. Lastly one review said the garment was two inches below her knee… the garment I received is floor length and I did not want floor length!

Title: Runs small if you plan to use as a robe – curvy gals beware
Review: The fabric is beautiful. I got this to be a spring/summer robe but unfortunately it won’t work for that as the coverage isn’t enough even after sizing up (I wear a 10/12 and sized up to XL) There’s not enough overlap or an inside tie for it to close securely. The venting under arms would be fine if there was more fabric allowance, but if you have a larger bust something might slip out 😆 I’m 5’3” and this grazes my ankles. If I had planned to wear this open it would be fine but as closed robe I’ll need to look for something else.

Title: Definitely Beautiful! but read my whole review to make sure it’s right for you!
Review: UPDATE: Turns out after seeing someone else’s mention of this armpit slit being traditional for a kimono and me researching it a bit, I now feel silly! I had no clue! BUT at least I know WHY now! So I can rest easy and happily keep it. Also at least you can know before buying!Original review: Ok, this piece is beautiful enough that I feel compelled to keep it and just throw some stitches in to fix this weird armpit thing….The print is just stunning and I have the mumu dress version of this print and am in love. The length and fit work well for me (5’1” 110lbs) –so a little long, but what isn’t on me– but I can’t get over the WHY for this armpit deal?!? I was also confused about why the stitching in the sleeve was so far up. This must be what other reviewers are talking about with too small of arm holes but an easy fix. This item is expensive enough that I don’t like that I’ll have to pay more (to get it altered)/take the time to stitch it up but I like it so much otherwise I guess that’s what I’m going to have to do 🤦🏻‍♀️

Title: comfortable
Review: Bought this as a summer robe or cover up. Light weight and washed well. Color is clear and looks like the picture. Happy with purchase.

Title: Disappointed
Review: Love the colors/print. Fabric is good. The design is a bit bizarre…the sleeve is attached to the robe body only around the top half of the sleeve. The remainder of the sleeve is hemmed but not attached in the arm pit area. What?? So when I put it on most of the time my arm slides out the gap. What an odd design. Purchased this robe in winter months, so when I got it out to wear this spring and noticed the weird design, unfortunately too late to return. Also, not happy with the ripple in the strip of contrasting fabric stitched to the neck and front edges of the robe. Mistake to purchase this product.
