Responsibilities for Associate (Account Management) ,
- Take high volume customer calls on various issues
- Respond to inbound chats to provide exceptional customer service
- Accurately update and input customer details and contact notes into the system
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and meet customer commitments
- Respond to inquiries about products and services, payment processing or general account maintenance
- Customers can be encouraged to sell new products or services
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level to support our high volume of inbound calls
- Achieve and maintain necessary metrics and goals
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities (Chat Process) ,
- Provide customer support to customers by phone, email or instant messaging
- Serves as primary contact for incoming customer issues
- Escalate more technical product related issues to the appropriate product support department
- Respond to a large number of consumer inquiries about FIS products and services
- Troubleshoots customer issues, identifies root cause of problem and also utilizes appropriate resources to determine how to resolve customer issues.
- Track and document incoming support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
- Updates customer information and ensures accurate entry of contact information.
- Meets work standards, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average operating time.
- May provide guidance and/or advice to less experienced customer service associates.
- Other related duties as assigned.
