TS TET 2024 Application Form (Last Date Extended)

Candidates who want to apply for teaching posts in primary (1st to 5th) and upper primary (6th to 8th) classes in Telangana state must qualify the TS TET exam. You can apply for TS TET Exam 2024 from 27 March 2024 to 20 April 2024. The official website to apply is Schooledu.telangana.gov.in. Eligibility Criteria for TS-TET-2024 Notification

Here is the complete eligibility criteria for TS TET 2024 exam as per the official TS TET 2024 notification. Candidates must read the entire eligibility criteria thoroughly before submitting the TS TET 2024 online application form.

Minimum Qualifications for TS-TET Paper-I (Class I to V):

(i) Intermediate/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks. However, the minimum marks required for SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates is 45%. Also, passing 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.Ed.) / 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

Or

(ii) Intermediate/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks. The minimum marks required for SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates is 40%. Also, if the candidate has completed D.L.E. Have completed or enrolled, then passed 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education/ 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/ 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education). .Ed/D.Ed. Syllabus before the issue of these guidelines (23-12-2015).

Minimum Qualifications for TS-TET Paper-II (Class VI to VIII):

(i) BA/B.Sc./B.Com with at least 50% marks. However, the minimum marks required for SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates is 45%. Also, passing Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course/Bachelor of Education (B.Ed-Special Education).

Or

(ii) BA/B.Sc./B.Com with at least 50% marks. The minimum marks required for SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates is 40%. Also, passing Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course/Bachelor of Education (B.Ed-Special Education), if the candidate has completed or is enrolled in B.Ed. Syllabus before the issue of these guidelines (23-12-2015).

Or

(iii) 4 year B.Ed/B.Sc.Ed with at least 50% marks. The minimum marks required for SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates is 45%.

Or

(iv) Graduation with the concerned language as one of the optional subjects or Bachelor of Oriental Languages ​​(or its equivalent) or Bachelor of Literature or Post Graduation in the concerned language, along with Bhasha Pandit Training Certificate/B.Ed. with the concerned language . One of the methods for language teachers.

Or

(v) BE/B.Tech with at least 50% marks. The minimum marks required for SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates is 45%. Also, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or B.Ed. To pass. (special education).

TS TET 2024 Exam Fee

Candidates applying for TS TET 2024 exam have to pay the application fee as per the following table. The process to pay the application fee for TS TET 2024 exam is completely online. The application window is open from March 27 to April 20, 2024. Candidates must ensure timely payment of fee on or before the deadline. Applications with fees paid after the deadline will not be accepted by the authorities.

As per TS TET 2024 official notification the application fee structure is as follows:

• The examination fee for Paper I or Paper II is Rs. 1000/-
• For both Paper I and Paper II, candidates have to pay Rs. 2000/-

TS TET 2024 Exam Pattern

As per the TS TET 2024 official notification, the exam will consist of multiple choice questions (MCQs). Each question carries one mark and there is no negative marking. TS TET 2024 exam consists of two papers.

• Paper-I is for candidates willing to teach classes I to V.
• Paper-II is for candidates aiming to teach classes VI to VIII.

Persons wishing to become a teacher for Class I to V or Class VI to VIII will have to appear in both Paper-I and Paper-II.
